Fitness Tip #2

Hello! So, how did the Survivorstrong walk go?? Tell me what you thought!

Tip #2

5 minute Abs (2 sets of 12 reps)
Crunches – these are small movements, keep your feet on the floor, lower back pushed down, fingers behind your head and slowly crunch up and down. You will only move 3-4 inches off the floor. Breathe out as you crunch up!

Bicycles – Try these slow!!!  Hands behind you head, shoulders off the floor, one leg extended out (tip the lower your leg the more challenging the exercise), keep your lower back pressed to the floor, hold the exercise for 3 seconds on each side. Breathe out on each side!

Crunch with Legs up – Bring your legs straight up (or as close to straight as possible) fingers behind your head, slowly crunch up and down (again only coming up 3 -4 inches) Breathe out as you crunch up!
